Worry free storage solution.
My only complaint is that during the renovation/ expansion of the facility, proper care was not taken to ensure that dust and dirt did not get inside the units. Now, everything that is in my unit is thickly coated with dusty dirt.

Need to finish up the construction.
Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been at this location since 2005, and for most of that time this has been a convenient, clean and quiet environment. The switch of ownership seems to have coincided with a massive expansion project which is quite disruptive for existing customers. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re weighing the hassle of moving to a new facility with the hassle of continuing to deal with broken pavement, mud puddles, etc.

Very nice staff
Very friendly staff make storing in this facility a breeze, they have construction ongoing in the facility and that is the only reason it doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get 5 stars.

great location. Entry road is finally paved
I have had issues with all the construction mess this passed spring/summer, but things seem to be improving. There was a lot of dust/silt in my unit as well as more than normal moisture at times.

Watch the pricing and extra charges
I reserved a unit on Sparefoot, in anticipation of an upcoming international move. When I had to postpone the move-in date a few times, they were very responsive and even followed up along the way to ask if I wanted a better unit that opened up. However, when I went to sign the papers, the day before moving, the rent was raised by $15/mo and I had to pay insurance for $12/mo. So my $64 unit went to $91/mo (40% more), without prior notice of what the new charges were. I thought it seemed higher than quoted, but I signed the lease. I knew I had to buy their lock ($10) and soak other supplies, and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have my quote with me, so I thought the extra was due to the Xtra purchases.. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize the error until my next bill. I complained but to no avail. The manager told me to read the fine print of my confirmation email, which said the price may change if you dont move in within your original time window. It also stated there could be insurance charges. Because their customer service had been so great up to that point, I assumed they would warn me about an increase to the original quote. That wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the case. My advice: before you move in, read the fine print, confirm in writing the final price. Both insurance and rent amts can change often, depending on demand and the season. An insurance note: Make sure you are covered by your homeowner or renterﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s insurance for a storage unit. Bc I moved out of the country and changed my homeowners policy to a landlordﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rental policy, my policy would not cover the storage unit. It only covered if I was a homeowner living in my home instead of renting it out. And it only covered up to $2500.
