Extra Space Storage - 3509 - Woodland - Gibson Rd.

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage in Woodland on Gibson Road, thanks to Nora, the store manager. She is absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Nora went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to great customer service. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really sets this location apart is Nora. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly make a difference. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to store their belongings. Ask for Nora—you’ll be in great hands!

I have been renting storage space for a little over 5 years. I have always been very satisfied and love working with Nora. It is nice to work with a person who is genuinely pleasant and cares about my needs. She was very helpful when I thought I was ready to downsize; securing a unit and coordinating timing of move. If I have questions or need anything she is always responsive. I can't say enough about her or the fact the facility is always so secure and clean. I have never had to worry about critters or dirt and garbage in my space. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Nora was super helpful and understanding with everything and everything. She had all the answers, didn’t try and make me feel like i NEEDED to stay with ExtraSpace even though i was super happy with the company. I only left this storage unit due to strictly Distance/convenience

This is a fairly new storage place and looks clean. However, there are lots of mouse/rat droppings even with outdoor traps. My complaint is the rent of $94.00/mo for a 10x10 jumped to $188.10 with NO notification. 100% + increase is ridiculous. What a scam.

Nora is a life saver. She found the perfect storage unit for my belongings. The move was quite fascinating. The van ran smoothly and I managed to fit all of my furniture in one trip. A fresh start is on the horizon. Hoping for the best.
