I have a storage unit with Affordable Storage of Waynesboro and I must say that I am very pleased with the results. Kevin does an excellent job with being sure that his tenants are informed about everything that is going on regarding their storage units. He is such a great guy and he does the best that he can to help his tenants out in any way possible. I would recommend this storage company to anyone that may need it because the service has been excellent. I have no complaints at all. Keep up the good work Kevin!

Not having the best move-in experience. I tried to move into our unit after hours since I’ve had a seamless experience at other storage units, but they have the locks with the codes on them and the paperwork I received online did not mention or include any information regarding the lock code or the Davinci process. I waited until business hours to calI and I was told I was supposed to receive an email from Davinci in order to get the lock code information, but I never received it and was told to call the day I moved in. I am trying to move in and have called over 7 times already and left a voicemail and no one is answering because they have one person answering for 8 different storage unit properties.

I have realy enjoyed yalls services . Just wish the unit where accessible 24 hrs or later because after work hour are not enough time just by 7 maybe 9 would be better of nor 24hr. Thank you for all yall do.
