Grounds are not maintained during winter
I've slid in the snow and couldn't access my unit because it was sheer ice then I had to dig it out just to open then again to close the door. I've left repeated messages and no one has ever called me back. I've had the worst time just trying to get anyone on the phone from this company. They'll rent you a unit and once that happens they don't care about you, any issues that arise and even businesses around the area didn't have the amount of ice and snow this place had...it was ridiculous.
