Sarah was such a great help today. She called me to make sure the scheduling was up-to-date and correct as far as my appointment time. The booking process was smooth and easy, as she acclimated all of my needs I am so appreciative of Sarah.

It was great to actually speak with someone in person. Sarah took the time to discuss what I needed then showed me what was available. Explained where entrances are and assigned the unit based on my needs as an amputee and getting in and out. Can’t get much better than that.

National Storage - Trotwood has the best customer service team. Sarah is responsive and willing to answer any questions I have. Additionally, the facility is always clean and well-maintained whenever I decide to pop-up.

I rented a unit online without seeing the facility or knowing what I was getting into. After completing information online, the owner Sarah contacted me as I was calling them to verify some things and was very polite , explaining everything to me about how to enter the building and where my storage was located. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how the facility was set up. We drove into the secured facility and unload inside. There were carts available to use and the unit and facility was clean. The price is very reasonable as well. The only downside to me is the storage facility is not 24hrs and does close at 8pm but that's something I can work around.

National storage it’s a great place to store your items, the place is fairly clean with climate control for a decent price aswell. I would highly recommend doing business with Sarah she showed great customer service and she was very helpful.
