Extra Space Storage - 6451 - Summerfield - US Highway 301

First, I would like to thank Bret, who I believe is this locations manager. He went above beyond helping my family get our stuff stored away safely! He was not only kind and caring, he spoke to us like we were People and not Customers. Thats a rarity these days. Next I will say that Extra Space Storage is a wonderful company to do business with. Low prices, super clean property and as I mentioned the service from the staff made it more than worth it! If you need to put something into storage, I would suggest to take it to Extra Space Storage. I know we will!

I like that the storage facility is always clean. I mean no wrappers or dirt on floor, it is clearly well maintained. Knowing the building and surrounding areas are well kept shows me the people that work there care about the facility and anything kept there. The manager Bret, has always been friendly and helped with any problem or question that I've had. I am happy that I picked this storage facility, I am greeted by welcoming employees with smiles. Keep up the good work!

The manager, Brett, was extremely helpful and professional. This is a very nice storage place and the price is great. I have a beautiful indoor unit that is climate controlled. They also sell moving boxes and bags priced better than other places.
