I had a great experience with CubeSmart Storage. The move-in process was quick, smooth, and very easy. Everything was straightforward and well organized. The manager, Demi, even took the time to call and make sure I was able to access everything without any issues, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a very hassle-free experience. My experience as a first time customer was a pleasure, thanks to Demi. She clearly disclosed all the informaron that I need and showed me the unit to help me to make a decision if Cubesmart was the right storage facility for me. She is very friendly and kind, also has excellent customer service skills. The facility is clean and well maintained. I’m very happy with the unit I selected. The app is absolutely a plus for me; It’s accurate, easy to use and time saving for everything related with the unit. My storage was very clean upon first entry. This has been so great. Don’t even need to meet with anyone if you choose so. They give you your access code & everything else is on you. The dolly’s they have, have been a life saver and also very, very convenient. Also feels safe, and just the cleanliness over all is an added security / happiness. 10/10 so far.
