The team at Public storage only allow...
The team at Public storage only allow one customer in the office at a time. You must wear a mask and they wipe everything down once you finish with your transactions. I was happy to see that these contingencies were in place regardless of the inconvenience.

Great customer service
Upon my arrival, the unit I originally booked was too small. So, the wonderful Manager (Stockton, West Lane location) found me a new unit very fast and helped me work on the price difference. Public Storage definitely was fast, easy, safe, and KIND. I do have a recommendation of having staff available to help unload (of course for an extra fee) just because my friends bailed so I had to unload some heavy equipment by myself and would not have minded paying extra for some help.

The young lady in front desk by the name of Ashley was a great help n made everything easy to understand. I was in n out pretty quick. The office was cool n the property was clean.
