Renting an extra space here for my goodies is the best rental place I’ve ever being too is like a Resort Really Clean. Doris is really helpful she is Really Friendly. She help me rent a nice unit show it to me her customer service is amazing thank you for having her at this location I live in the neighborhood and I can say I will have a good friend here. Had a horrible experience with their receptionist Brittany. The company just lost thousands of dollars in many years of my storage just because of her. All I wanted to do was change my move in date by 2 weeks and she made a big stink. And when I told her I wanted a to cancel my reservation which is a selling point on their website is a “hassle free” refund, she said ‘ok’ and tried to hang up on me before I stopped her asked her for cancellation confirmation number. She was rude, fake and condescending. Glad I found this out sooner than later.

Needed immediate space as we were affected by the fires. Ricky in the management office was most effective, understood our need and our grief and made the experience as smooth as possible. The building is new, amenities spotless, great indoor lighting and security. Several security points to get to your floor, which made me feel safe at all times. WiFi easily accesible indoors and underground. Plenty parking and Dollies to move our boxes. Top notch experience and service with Ricky.

I've enjoyed my experience w/Truck Space Storage. It is a clean, well secured, and maintained property. Both Mark and Ricky are amazing, helpful and professional. I've had my share of storage units, however, this is a unique concept rolled into a state-of-the-art storage facility.
