Steven was amazing. He was friendly, quick and efficient without rushing through anything. The Prior Ave location in Roseville is just what we were looking for. The pricing is definitely affordable. I wish we would have found them a year ago! I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a super clean and affordable storage ☺️

Rather you’re looking for a unit to store your personal belonging or business purpose's. This Extra Space Storage location is a great place to use for it. Steve and his staff are amazing people. Kind, respectful, and helpful. I’ve recently transitioned into a different unit within the facility. Steve made the process extremely simple and fast. They keep the place looking clean, spotless, willingly available to serve the renters.

I had a great experience working with Steven at the Burnsville location. I needed a storage unit at the last minute while I was out of the country, and Steven made the entire process incredibly easy. Within about five minutes, everything was handled. The contract was signed, payment completed, and access code provided. Our driver was able to swing by and drop everything off without any issues. Excellent customer service, fast communication, and very professional. I really appreciated how smooth Steven made the entire process. Highly recommend.

They were very friendly and accomodating for us. The facility is super clean. And the garage door was great in terms of having carts available and much more comfortable to load a lot of items without having to deal with bad weather.

Our nonprofit uses this location to store things for our homeless outreach and other supplies. The staff is incredibly friendly and the building itself is very clean. I would highly recommend.
