Lock N Store

I wish I could leave zero stars. BE CAREFUL!!! I moved out of my unit yesterday at 5:00 and they charged me an entire month's rent late last night. They say that they don't do refunds. You would think that they would be more ethical.

We've been renting a unit for a year and we are quite satisfied. The one time the gate malfunctioned, the manager addressed it immediately. The other place we rented from always had a broken gate I also changed how I paid my invoice and was unsure if she received the payment. She responded quickly. The price is lower than other places, too. I've recommended locknstore to many of my clients.

The office manager is awesome! She's friendly, understanding, helpful, quick to respond to messages and calls, and an all around wonderful person! Storage facility is the best I've ever used. Secure and the property is maintained and clean. Prices per unit are reasonable...especially with the service provided. I highly recommend renting at this place!

I must say that I'm over satisfied with the facility, price, and most of all the staff. I'm unsure if she wants her name published so I'll just say Mrs. G. She's awesome, professional, and most of all understanding during these difficult times for us all. The units are nice, well kept, and reasonably priced. If you're looking for storage I'd highly recommend this company!

Gretchen is amazing! The storage unit was reasonably priced, and I was able to rent a unit quickly...but truly, its Gretchen that makes this place worth renting from. She is great at her job, but furthermore, she is beyond thoughtful, and makes sure you feel cared about!
