Storage Sense - Pottstown

If u dont care about privacy or minding ur own business ull LOVE this place. I was the client. iiii rented a unit at storage sense. Yet everytime I’d go there I miraculously was in the doghouse when I got home…. Only to later find out that the manager Lori felt it was under her authority and in the best interest of the company to call my mother in law and let her know I was “upto suspicious looking activities” and “I was working on my motorcycle and not at home”. Completely unprofessional and A total lack of respect for the renter. ALSO worth mentioning… I was in the process of moving my stuff out but they charged my card a day early effectively rendering my efforts useless and charged me for another entire month when I still had a full day to remove the last of my things. Finally, in my opinion, I’d say there’s truly No reason for it not to be accessible 24/7. There isn’t any public restroom nor will they let u use the one in the office. Even if u rent there. Plus there’s nowhere to throw any trash away whatsoever. Not cheap. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience at Storage Sense thanks to Lori! She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Lori was incredibly respectful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. She made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. Hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever dealt with—Storage Sense is lucky to have her! Highly recommend this location and especially Lori for her outstanding customer service.

The weekend manager who helped me get set up was extremely friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I was so grateful for her assistance and professionalism. She guided me through the steps effortlessly. I was a previous customer, and decided to return back years later. The experience was excellent.

The store manager Laurie was very helpful and nice. She explained everything clearly and made sure that we understood the billing and notice of vacancy terms. The storage unit was clean and access to the unit was easy.

I had a great experience with this storage place. It is secure and easy to access. I never had any issues. It’s always clean, and they plow the snow to make access easy. The store manager, Lauri, is amazing always helpful and great with communication.
