I completed everything online, for a 10x20, climate controlled unit. While sitting in the parking lot! The application entry, approval & gaining entrance into my unit, took less than 15mins. The parking lot is super clean, & so is the unit. The first impression was stellar. I'm hoping for that feeling to remain, for the entirety of my rental. I'm extremely grateful, a unit, such as this was so readily available! On a Sunday, at that!

Best experience with any storage facility in the United States! Haha, and I've had several, in several states! Unfortunately I have to leave the area so we didn't need our storage long. Jon, the manager was so kind and helpful!!!! I wish there were more people like him in the world!!!! If we come back to Portland, I will definitely use the facility again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot. Jon even let me use his broom and dustpan, the day I moved out because I had forgotten mine. He crossed that busy street and brought it to me personally!!! Jon, you're awesome! Thank you for all your help!!!!

The doors open and close smoothly, and there’s plenty of space for storage while still being easy to access. Installation was straightforward, and everything was delivered as promised.
