Courtney was very helpful and informative. She advised me on what size unit would be best for my items and informed me of all policies. She even made sure I was aware of any discounts that could be used. This is my first time renting a storage unit and she made the entire process easy and understandable.

I am here from Texas visiting and was helping my son look for a storage unit. I called the office and spoke with the store manager Courtney who I have to say, is absolutely amazing. Courtney was very kind and went above and beyond to provide us with information about the storage, and answered any questions that we had. She took the time to assist with completing the rental application after a computer glitch, and even put us as close to an exterior door as she possibly could (for our convenience) and we didn't even ask her too. I highly recommend this facility, and I thank you Courtney for being such a wonderful person.
