A top notch storage facility, run by professional and knowledgeable staff! Larry was very helpful and got me through the process and into my rental space in a jiffy. Speaking of the process, it was fast and easy with their new system which is all on the computer in their office on site. Security looks great, too.

Wow!!!! Is all I can say. Talk about customer service. Kris is Amazing!!!! She makes the experience so welcoming with her personality, professionalism, and hard work at the facility. Larry is so pleasant, professional and they both care about the facility and your belongings. The facility is super clean and welcoming.10 Stars is what they deserve!

Extra Space Storage is great! We would never use another storage unit. The prices are awesome and the staff (especially Chris in the office) are very very nice and extremely helpful. We recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit because we've used others in the area and never had a good experience elsewhere. Would give more than five stars if I could!

The office staff was super friendly and helpful! She was more than willing to answer any questions we had and made sure we knew exactly how the gates into the facility worked and where our unit was located.

Christine (who's been there for years many years) is why our family keeps both of our storage units there. She goes out of her way to help all customers & knows rules & regulations of the facility. As a matter of fact I just today, dropped off our 2 unit monthly payment & told her that sadly we're thinking of going with another storage company because the fairly new man that's been there recently told me to take note: as if I'm ever late paying, I'd be charged 20% per day late fee! I asked him if he was sure & he said yes that's how to make $$$$ running a storage unit business. Christine informed me that this so-called new late fee charge (& in over 6 years I've never been late) is incorrect! If it was true you folks would've had 2 more storage units to rent out.
