Extra Storage Space has been a reliable support for me over the past year and a half. The speed of their service has truly been a lifesaver. I must also commend the staff, especially at the Old Harford Road location—they are professional and very helpful. Ms. Sarah, in particular, has consistently gone above and beyond to assist. I appreciate that the storage spaces are both accessible and affordable. While the prices are reviewed quite frequently, it’s something I’ve learned to work with over time. Overall, their service has met my needs well, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a good storage facility experience.

My experience was phenomenal. The spaces I needed were available the security was great access was secure but easy for me whenever I needed to enter and exit. I will use this location again. Thank you!

Using Extra Space Storage has been an excellent experience so far. I spoke with Angela, a national customer rep, to set up the rental of a unit. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I signed the rental agreement & paid online while on the call. I received my access code via email and was able to access the unit on a Sunday even though the local office was closed. The lock I purchased was inside the unit waiting when I first arrived. The space I rented was clean with convenient access, good security and carts to use at the entrance. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Robert from Extra Storage gave us a call today November 13, 2024 1pm he stated what we’ve been waiting for is available. A parking space has opened up and he would be there until 6pm tonight if we’d like to come get it, hurry! We were delighted! i got a call maybe 1/2 hour later from an unknown caller thinking in a panic thinking someone is calling to ask for our space because the call abruptly ended. We decided to call Robert let him know we were on our way so Extra Storage knew we wanted their newly opened up available space after we made it to the top of the waiting list. We called we were professionally greeted by Robert we identified ourselves and stated we would be there in 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Robert acknowledged and thanked us for the call. Not too long ago it was Robert who gave us the option to be placed on a waiting list we agreed Robert told us spaces open up any time. We chose Old Harford Road location because proximity conveniently located near highway exit(30A) Perring Pkwy and 695 first street T/L Putty Hill Avenue, it was a great fit for us. Now that a parking space became available we inquired about additional space and Robert again patiently explained Pro s and Con s to each unit location the entrance/exit doors showed all the sizes he gave his opinions (we appreciated) regarding indoor climate control and units without climate control and directing our attention to the winter cold close approaching. We felt confortable considering a garage type size unit Not within the building w/o climate control but very conveniently located across from the parking space. We chose a 2nd space after speaking with Robert and his expertise and advice. We were given encouragement not to give up parking the first time could be tricky but takes some getting used to to parking at an angle we appreciate that advice. Robert also explained the lock operation and how the door and the confidence we will have in the securify of the lock how difficult it would be for anyone to tamper with it and the many many camera s and the proximity and direct line for the police if any unlawful activities presist on the property morning, noon and night. We left with a serious sense of relief and confidence our property will be secured and Robert doubled our confidence with Extra Storage insurance even if we might carry other insurance. thank you Robert and thank you Extra Space Storage
