friendly staff, great onboarding experience, secure facilities
great experience overall. only downside if I had to choose are the limited hours with closing time at 6pm which makes planning around your day to pick up or store stuff at your unit a slight challenge depending on your personal schedule.

From the assistance I received on the phone to the walk-through at the rental lot, the customer service was first-rate. Professional and courteous service has become rare but was present in every aspect of my experience with Personal Storage. The physical property was in outstanding condition and well-secured.
