Super spacious unit, and the whole place was super clean. We managed to find navigate the building very well with map shown to us and move in with no issues. Customer service was absolutely wonderful!! Both Kay'ron and Nicole were incredibly friendly and helped us ensure we got the right unit for what we needed to store.

I recently moved out of the Franklin location near rouses and I can honestly say my entire experience was magnificent because of the attendant Kayron. She was always so helpful even when I had to leave the city completely she helped take great care of me. I honestly stay as long as I did because of her. She was always ready with resources and ways to accommodate from the littlest to biggest problem. I’m happy to have had to deal with her every time I called for help.

I had the pleasure of dealing with ES storage 10/11/2925. It was late in the date on a Saturday and they were about ready to close up shop. Ms. Katrina Perkins was the manager on duty. She was a delight. She was very impressive. She wasn’t rushed and took the time to assist me. She went over and beyond the call of duty. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. It was then time to go and she didn’t hesitate to say “I have tine”. We seldom run across folks that go the extra mile. Kayron is an asset to Extra Space. I look forward to doing more business with them based solely on Ms Perkins kindness. On another note, the facility was extremely clean and I felt very safe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MY five stars are especially for Ms Kayron! I truly wish I could get her customer service at every business I visit. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me with my storage needs but she showed genuine care for myself and all of my belongings. Any time I had to stop by the storage she was helping customers and keeping the place neat and tidy and doing it with a smile. The same way I was treated in person also carried over to telephone calls. Ms Kayron is the BEST showing professionalism and patience each and every time.
