I have had dealings with Pearl and she is an amazing customer service representative. She strives to get you the best deals. Which is important when you need long term storage. I have had to switch to a bigger unit from a smaller one and that experience was easy as well. This is definitely one of the nicer, cleaner and more helpful storage units in Bullitt county and surrounding areas.

Super quick and easy to rent a unit. They provide a lock and its a decent one and called me the next day to make sure i was all set and didnt need anything else. Super super friendly. We rented via the terminal on site and it took less than 10 minutes to rent and then get into the unit, super quick and easy. Inside the unit was super clean and fresh. It is clear that someone does care to maintain the units and keep them presentable between rentals. No must, no mildew, no water stains, no trash. We came by later that night and the facility lights were nice as well. No light inside the unit, but we didn't really need them anyways, the ones outside were good enough. I would also like to mention pricing. We shopped around and these were some of the best priced units in the area. The only complaint i would have is i didnt need to talk to anyone but their kiosk automatically calls a rep to help you. I just felt like i was wasting someone’s time. Not really a bad thing to have help available, i just didnt need it.

Pearle has been extremely helpful anytime I've had a question, or needed help with my storage unit. She really takes the time to make sure all the property is very well maintained. We've seen her on multiple occasions making sure the property is clean and safe. Even through the winter we were able to access the property safely.

Easiest transaction I’ve ever done. Paid online and was placing my things in storage within a few hours with no issue. Decided I wanted a bigger unit and was able to call and pay the difference they very next day. The woman on the phone was kind and super helpful. The facility is clean and looks brand new.

It was super easy to rent the unit online. Shortly after completing the lease, the local office called to see if I had any questions or needed anything. Super friendly staff, the storage facilities in Mt Washington are clean, and very well lit, super happy with Extra Space Storage!
