Secure EZ Storage-Morrow

I had a great experience getting setup, and their prices seem competitive compared to others in the area, however, the electric gate entering/exiting the property seems to always be broken. Of the 10 or so times I’ve needed access to my unit over the 3 months I’ve been renting with these guys I literally have only been able to access the property half of the time. They have no after hours support at all, even for emergencies. The only way to get in touch to tell them the gate is down again is to wait until the next business day they are open - which is only 3 days a week. If the gate goes down on Friday, you have to wait until Tuesday to even get ahold of anybody.

I stored my camper at this location for several years when it was CCC Storage. Then Secure EZ Storage purchased the property. They sent me an email stating that they are increasing the rent by a MODEST amount which is 38%! That is not a MODEST amount. 5%-10% would be a somewhat modest increase. Not 38%! Therefore, I do not trust these lying, greedy new owners. Last month my payment was a day late coming out of the holiday and they changed me a 40% late fee. Then they said they can refund one late fee a year, but not after a payment was made so they can't refund the late fee paid or deduct it from the next month. They explained the increase in rent as being modest since they need to double the rent to be aligned with other storage facilities in the area. So I now expect a 100% increase soon since they stated they are doing modest increases until they double the rent.

Been calling multiple times a day for days to try to get pricing and to get a unit for storage, no answer. Some business....

The office staff in this place are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Stacy who claims she runs the place is being beyond hateful and rude. Avoid these hateful people.
