Extra Space Storage - 1528 - Modesto - 2101 Sylvan Ave

I've had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The office staff is incredibly helpful and they made the rental process smooth and answered all my questions thoroughly. It's clear they care about their customers and providing excellent service. Highly recommend!

I accidently did not lock my storage before I left. The manager of the facility walked by and noticed the lock was off placed his lock on it until I got back. That has never happened to me in any other storage. Thank you for the professionalism and good looking out. Thank you extra space you guys are awsome

I've been with public storage forever and their rates are just going higher and higher every 4 to 5 months. I call Extra space storage and they explain to me that they don't do that. I'm hoping they live by those words lol. The customer service agent was super nice, caring, helpful with a deal to move in cheaper and easier. It is a distance away from my house, but it's a storage unit not my house. The only Con I have about this company so far is that they don't have dolly to help you move into those long hallways they have If you have an indoor unit.

Stay away from this place at all cost. The rent double every couple of months with zero explanation or notification. They just manipulate customers and deceive them. How can you rent a space and pay double after couple of months?? Be very careful when you deal with them. I had the most awful experience.

Yeah, today I went to public storage and I could only access the unit for 30 minutes which I think is just totally ridiculous. Then I came to extra Space storage on Sylvan Avenue in Modesto. I was treated incredibly well. Got $40 a month off of the rental. Plus they provided mail service for my packages saving me an extra $300 a month so I couldn’t be happier. Make sure you come down and rent from this company!!!
