Extra Space Storage on 32nd Ave N in Plymouth, MN is an exceptional facility. The staff was courteous, well informed, and extremely helpful. It was the first time I have rented and I was so pleasantly surprised at the exterior and interior. The exterior has convenient parking and secure loading/unloading dock. It was well lit and well heated, clean and well maintained. The interior was well lit, spacious elevator and corners for navigating loaded carts. They have easy to move carts right by the interior entrances. The whole facility is extremely clean and the extensive security cameras are much appreciated for safety. Contract explanation and signing was quick and through. Canceling the contract when moving out was simple and email confirming the ending of my storage needs was immediately sent. I HIGHLY recommend Extra Storage facility in Plymouth.

Love this location because of the customer service received from Jessica (manager). I needed a bigger unit and Jessica helped me with this by finding a bigger unit closer to my smaller unit so the move was less hassle. It's because of the great customer service and the facility is really clean that I decided to stay at this location even though I could've gotten something cheaper someplace else. Sometimes, cheaper is not better and being able to talk to a human person is worth the money.

I have no complaints with Extra Space Storage. The place is well lit, clean and easy to get my stuff from the car to storage unit. I like that I can pull my vehicle inside to unload or for a quick trip I can park outside with convenient access to run in and out. Its the busiest storage I've ever used, yet cart availability has never been a problem . Other renters have always been polite when we cross paths. My overall experience has been great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for storage. The location is awesome.
