Extremely clean facility no rodents no insects very well kept. Friendly courteous and knowledgeable they will go out of their way to make sure that your storage is safe and secure I would highly recommend heartland storage to anyone

I was searching for a store facility online. And I found heartland storage and they reached out immediately and got me set up very quickly. I said it to the best customer service I’ve had in a long time when it comes to storing my belongings. The unit is clean and ready for me when I arrived. I had no trouble getting in to the gated facility.

This is a great facility to store things at. The prices are typically lower than other units around, the units are clean and well maintained, the area is well lit as well. I have previously rented a temp controlled unit here and was very pleased. The lady in the office is very kind and helpful. Her customer service skills are top notch! My family has rented in this location since it was known as “Michigan City Public Storage.” I just rented a unit last week. I am in a brand new section on their site, they even included a lock for my unit! I’m glad to be back! Thank you for helping make this experience easier and painless.

My experience with Heartland Storage was so easy and smooth. I called them, received the information I needed, they sent me a link, and everything was done online. I received my confirmation and before I knew it my storage was ready to go. The people were friendly and inviting. My storage unit very clean and cameras are every where so its secure.
