Best first time experience with self storage. Their office are open sunday which is a plus. Front desk guy named Earled was very friendly and helpful. I can open the acces door with the app, super convenient. Very good.

The online booking and check in was so easy and smooth! During our drop off today Earl made it so easy on what to do and how to get the gate open as well as how to get into our unit. It was clean and organized, and they have a self service for 24 hour help! My husband and I are so excited to be apart of the extra space storage family!!

Manager Shane at St Peter’s Rd location in Lexington was very helpful. I needed a large storage unit and he assisted in talking it through on the size and use! He explained all of what the facility had to offer and access. Being available to assist with any questions I had and help me set up the app was a plus!
