Great Staff, services are on point! The site is always clean, well lit, secure and OPEN! Rates for a climate controlled unit couldn't be much cheaper (if you add up heat, lights, 24/7 security and location!

At the Lafayette location I was assisted by the only employee now holding down this office. She was nice greeting and very understanding of my situation was taken care quickly. And did have to change a thing. Every join me in giving her a great review.

This place is hands-down the best storage facility I’ve ever used! It’s super clean, organized, and has a great vibe from the moment you walk in. I want to give a special shoutout to the GM, Brittani — she is by far the coolest, most friendly, and down-to-earth person I’ve ever met. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free. You can tell she really cares about the customers and keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!

Brittany and Dee are totally awesome. Anyone who would trust one of those “other storage places “ (I won’t name names) Is out of their mind. When I’ve been to one of those “other storage places “, I always see the sign on the door that says back at 1:30 or something. Then I wait, and at about 1:45 someone comes up walking slow acting like I’m wasting their time. No thanks. That won’t happen at CubeSmart. Their top shelf. Highly recommended. A++++++

I'm not used to using storage units and the process, but the online process and personal assistance were extremely helpful. I got my unit the same day and the price was better than perfect. The unit was very clean and safe. Brittany was very helpful answering my concerns and it was nice to talk to a human instead of an AI. She understood normal daily concerns.
