  Very friendly and helpful. Called and explained what l thought we needed and they set me up with what I actually needed. Even provided some helpers to unload. It was great!

  Beware of Billing Issues

  After giving a two month notice that we were moving our RV, Hidden Grove drafted our bank account anyway for the next month. Ok, giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was just an oversight, I contacted them and Chad said he would get right on it. Weeks went by and still no refund. I drove the 20 miles from my home to show up at their office to ask for a refund. Chad got on his computer to remove us from the payment schedule. If I hadnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t made the appearance, they would have taken out another months rent. Chad then clicked some more keys on his computer and said that the refund should show up within three days on our bank account. It didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. After a couple of weeks, I called Chad again and offered to take him to small claims court for the refund. I did receive a partial refund check the next week. Partial! No explanation was adjoining the check for the partial reimbursement. I contacted Chad by E-mail and postal service asking for the remaining funds. Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t heard back so far after two weeks. This process has taken more than three months now so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m driven to warning future potential customers about their practices.

  Doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Refund Overcharge

  We were the first RV to use the adjoining RV storage in November, 2019. Recently moving to Paris, Hidden Grove Storage was the closest storage facility we could find for our trailer. Kevin (manager) was wonderful to work with. (Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what happened to him). In June, 2021 we notified HG that a new facility was opening in Paris and we would be moving our RV there in July and to not draft our monthly payment. HG drafted our bank for that payment anyway for the $106.09. Having no luck with phone calls and E-mails to get the refund, I went to the resort office to ask for the refund. Chad got on his computer and said the refund would show up in our bank in about three days. He indicated that if it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t refund our account he would write a check for the refund. Of course it did not happen so I contacted Chad and he said he would get right on it. Another few weeks went by and still no check. I called Chad again and told him I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to take this to small claims court but I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see other options. I received a check for $85 (not the $106.09 charged) within three days? Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not sure why that amount was refunded so I sent Chad another E-mail asking for the balance to be sent to me. I even sent a copy of that E-mail by postal service. Now two weeks later, I still havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seen a check. Be aware that they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t pay their bills in full, like I had to do since 2019.
