Move in to this location was smooth and easy. Great information from Josh and April. New indoor climate control spaces are clean doors lift easily and the layout maximizes space in my unit.!!!

In November 2024 I paid for my unit at the grand river store but my unit was on Jarco in Holt. Unit was very clean and grounds well taken care of. The women at the grand river store were very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I dealt with both Dawn and Amy. Units are well maintained and very reasonably priced compared to other places in town. I’ve had belongings stolen from a unit in Indy that got broken into so I have a hard time trusting just any storage place. Units are clean, well kept and secure!!! Thank you Dawn and Amy for all your help!!! So thankful I found Storage Rentals of America!!! February 17, 2025 I no longer need my unit as I have a home now. I would highly recommend SROA. I’ve rented many storage units and this is the best one I have ever rented from. Their units are clean and secure. The staff that I dealt with ( Amy & Dawn ) are exceptional!! I never had any issues getting in touch with them via phone or email. Very prompt and professional and made the whole process very easy. Thank you again for the great customer service!! It was a pleasure doing business with you !!

Most of these places I find that the people working don't really care about the customers or the stuff they are storing but Josh really took the time to make me feel safe about storing with SROA. I felt very comfortable and informed leaving the store after signing my lease. Best office in the Lansing area!

Manager here was super helpful, he showed me multiple units before we found one that would work. Highly Reccommend !!
