The location manager Robin was helpful and accomidationg! The original unit was not the right size and she quickly was able to transfer to a new location. Scott, at the call center was so helpful and gave such great customer service. I never wanted to hangup with him. He was able to find the right place with many options.

Worse customer service! I owed $274 (for 3 months) and $160 of it was fees, tried to figure out a way and ask extra days to pay because I had sentimental valuables in there and they did not work with me at all. They sold my things to an absolute stranger instead of letting me pay and like I said more was from late fees a $120 recoupment fee and late fee of $40 but the storage was only $34 a month which they increased after two months of me being there. I would not recommend anyone here. Karla and Patrick were very nice but Bruce and Todd are rude and don’t help and deter you from asking for help because their attitudes.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years at multiple locations, and I’ve always experienced a level of customer service that goes above and beyond. All of the representatives I’ve interacted with have been amazing, and that’s something that isn’t common at many other businesses.

Great storage place. Easy in and out access. Responsive and communicative staff as well. Would recommend for short term rentals only because it is outdoors and the wind does carry dust and dirt into the units. Other than that, I would say overall it’s definitely worth the price.

Karla is outstanding! Extra Space Storage please consider giving Karla a promotion, she deserves it! She is professional, goes above and beyond, sincerely cares for the new customer and their best interest. I am blown away with her service.
