1⭐️I wish I can put 0 This storage facility is NOT safe. I rented a unit specifically to store my car. Luckily, my car wasn’t inside yet — because everything else I had in the unit was stolen. This felt like an inside job to be honest. It took the staff weeks just to “figure out” what happened. They pushed me to opt into their insurance, which I did, but it’s been almost a year of going back and forth trying to get any compensation. Still nothing. This place has caused me nothing but stress and wasted time. I do NOT recommend this storage facility to anyone. Avoid it. After reading everything so far I will definitely reach out to a lawyer

Worst place ever!!! If I could give it no stars I would!! Was told in Aug that they had camera’s and was gated. Well they do not have cameras, the gate is always open and the so called security guard logs their times but never does a check. We had over $20k in our household items stolen. Someone cut the lock and took 90% of our items. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. A few days after ours was broken into another persons was broken into as well. We took what was left and went to a better area. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Your items will get stolen.

Our units were robbed! Believe it’s an inside job! After providing police report and photos, nothing was filed. New manager says she’s working on it and after several months, still no insurance payments received. Keep telling me they are working on it. I’m at the point where I am going to sue this place.
