Space Shop Self Storage - Falcon

Let me tell you something about this place, first of all, WOW, second of all WOWZERS, and third of all GOLLY GEE WILIKERS THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Shelby at the front desk is so kind and helpful I considered breaking the lease on my apartment and just moving into one of the storage units there, I was sadly informed that this is not allowed, however I wouldn't hold that against them. The place was clean, temperate. And beautiful, if you go anywhere else for self storage you are a fool in a fools paradise, this place is IT the end all be all of self storage with the staff to match. I'm currently at goodwill trying to acquire more stuff just for a reason to go back!

Shelby was awesome! She is not just great at customer service but was amazing to talk to. She was extremely informative and very helpful. I will be giving them More business for sure. Come see Shelby yall!

Shelby is phenomenal and such a sweetheart. Even after unintentionally ghosting her after my first initial appointment, she welcomed me in with a bright smile and warm attitude. She made the process of securing a unit quick and painless and they are very hospitable. The facility itself is wonderful. Large, indoors with great air conditioning, spacious units, and clean bathrooms available throught the facility. There's multiple points of entry and loading carts are provided.

I have been leasing this space since falcon parkway location opened and I can easily share this has been the best experience I have ever had with any storage facility. I have a small business and storage space is a necessity for me. Tracy at this location has gone above and beyond to ensure my storage needs are met. She is professional, very knowledgeable, so helpful and kind. Tracy never hesitates to work through any challenge I’m having with storage space. Thank you Tracy!

They have a great staff, professional, courteous, and helpful. They took time with me to go through different options and I’m so happy I came in. It was nice to talk Real Nice People and have a peace of mind for my decision.
