Extra Space Storage - 3686 - Decatur - Covington Hwy

I worked with Ben at Extra Space Storage and he was phenomenal you could tell he had a smile through the phone he was very upbeat and positive and helped me expeditiously! I love his attitude and those are the type of people I would love to do business with on any given day! A lot of businesses in the area should take note and mimic his behavior! Thank you Ben!

Ben is awesome! He definitely got jokes but he made my experience pretty much easy. 😂 I was able to make a quick decision about which storage I should use. I'll rate my experience at 10 out of 10!

I got a storage unit here back in October and meant to leave a review back then but in the process of moving forgot. A friend helped me move belongings in here and forgot to lock the unit up. Ben, I believe he was the manager, called & left me a voicemail letting me know. Anything could’ve happened & it would’ve been on me but that courtesy to let me know and give me a time frame of when they would put their own lock on it. 4 months in & no problems. There’s digital access for the gate through the app and their customer service even when I first was booking with the young lady on the phone was amazing.

This was a great experience! I needed a space during my transition and my things were kept safe and secure. Ben is Awesome! Great customer service! Definitely recommend this space!

I have rented from Ben both times at this location he has been so great ,great experience neat clean storage I rented a small and large storage they were both nice and clean and will rent from them again
