Rita is truly amazing to work with. She is very understanding, friendly, and always takes the time to make sure everything goes smoothly. No matter the situation, she approaches it with patience and professionalism. What I appreciate most is how she makes every interaction feel positive and welcoming. She listens, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. It’s rare to find someone who consistently creates such a pleasant experience, and Rita does it effortlessly. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service in storage.

A few days ago, I rented a unit at Storage Rentals of America. I worked with a representative by the name of Rita Williams. Rita and I had a very good and lengthy conversation. She told me about a number of things that had been going on in Danville as she is a native. The conversation was very nice and informative and I subsequently rented a unit there. Rita is a very nice person and a great representative of the organization and I’m very glad that I had the opportunity to work with her. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

The customer service is 👍🏼 no issues, Be aware of the contracts, They will increase rates when they see fit, we got a unit in June of 2025 and they have raised the rate twice and we haven’t even been there a whole year, a $50 dollar increase just happened. This makes my bill now $230 from $180.Will look for other means when the contract ends. They said due to inflation, I say robbery 😡

I don't know where to begin with this review. After moving to Danville from another state, I had the most awful experience with our movers. They were adding fees left and right for everything and we have already paid 4k extra than what we were quoted. We had to find a storage unit for all our stuff and I booked with SROA online. I was concerned about the truck being a semi that would have to come unload anything so to be safe, I called the local office and this is where I first talked to Rita. She explained that they don't allow semi trucks on the premises but they can park on the side. I asked if I can come see my unit and figure out from there because after already having the worst experience with the movers, I knew they would end up charging me hundreds or thousands more if they couldn't pull up to the unit. When I got to the office, Rita met me and showed me the unit...I could see that it was a bit of a walking distance away. I asked if I could call the movers to explain to them. Obviously, they started quoting me some algorithm of how much I will now have to pay. I went back into Rita's office and almost burst into tears. Somehow this angel just took so much pity on me and said that she will switch me to a unit that will allow her to open the front gates to the storage facility (that are not used by clients) and they can pull up to just that part. She literally went into solution mode at a time when my brain was not even thinking because I was just too overwhelmed. When I told her I didn't know what day they were coming and was given a 1-3 day window, she said that one of those days she will be at another location but could come in the morning and unlock the gates for me. She even gave me her personal number because she could see how stressed I was about all of it.  The movers notified me the day before they were coming and of course, it ended up being the day that Rita was not going to be there, I called her personal number and she sure enough had left the gates open for us the next day.  She is amazing. My husband and I moved here from a different state and we were happily surprised at how nice everyone in Danville has been - but Rita really has represented that Virginia really might have some of the most kind hearted people around. I"m so thankful for her that I plan to drop by and see her and bring her goodies whenever I get settled in. Thank you so much, Rita. You really prove that truly kind people still exist.

Rita was very pleasant from start to finish. I appreciate her generosity and patience with giving me and my nephew clear instructions as far as understanding the unit and pricing. Her customer service is awesome
