Space Shop Self Storage - Dallas

Recently rented a unit here and my experience was superb. My family and I were assisted by a gentleman named Cory, he was more than helpful and prepared. The process was simple and quick. And to top it off the facility looks fantastic, very clean and organized. If you’re looking for storage in the Dallas, Ga location this would definitely be my first stop.

I had a terrific experience with your personnel. I am super glad to know you make the difference by having a friendly human being at the office. Corey was out of this world. Great asset to your company. Two years ago, I had to storage all my furniture in another place, you were just building it. It was horrible not being able to reach anybody. Customer service was in Philippine's. Opening and closing storage unit was so difficult, even finding it because numbers were not in order. It was a mess. One time, I opened storage place, I left country, when I returned, my unit was locked, because they said, I did not close it right, so they locked. I had to wait several hours to have a human being to open the lock. I was in a hurry, I just had arrived from my trip, and I needed move my furniture back to my place. My experience there was not pleasant. I like that you are so clean and tidy. I had to bring several odor killers to other place, even put parfum, because it was very stinky.

I had a very positive experience at this storage facility. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful during a time when I really needed things to go smoothly. The facility was clean, accessible, and easy to navigate. I truly appreciated the patience and support I received. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing storage services.

I found the space shop in google. Not only did they have the best rates but the service was awesome as well. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Corey handled the process and it was seamless. Great experience!
