StorageMax - Clinton East

The entire process went smoothly. The manager at the front desk was friendly and answered all my questions, the facility was clean, and the move in was perfect. I would recommend Storage Max to anyone needing to store their furniture. Great job, guys:)

Yes, I had met my Max…... that is until I visited the StorageMax Clinton East facility located at 203 Johnston Place, managed by Mr. Van!! Trust me, I have THOROUGHLY done my research on most of the storage facilities located in Jackson, Clinton, and Pearl. I made several on-site visits to the locations I felt would best meet my storage needs. This StorageMax Clinton East facility won hands down compared to ALL other storage facilities I visited. Starting from the top the manager Mr. Van is exceptional, refreshing, and unbelievably nice. He is a complete gentleman (he opened all doors for me as well;))...As mentioned by an earlier reviewer.) His communication skills are excellent. He is actually concerned about your personal items and not just getting your money. He was always readily available when I had any questions or concerns about the storage unit, or access to the unit. The prices were the BEST compared to ALL of the rest, especially for the amount of storage space that I purchased. They even had a special going on that helped me save more money, AND they have a truck available to help you move your items, and several covered loading docks...just in case it sprinkles or rains on your move in day. The facility is IMMACULATE!!! The entire facility is located in one climate controlled enclosed building, which was the main feature that I really loved about this site. The Clinton Police patrol the area quite frequently, and I feel safe while organizing my things day or night, in addition to video surveillance throughout the facility. They also have a CLEAN spacious bathroom located inside of the facility. This was also a plus for me, because sometimes you stay longer than expected:). Overall, I have stored my belongings and several facilities. This one is the best I've ever had. I wish years ago I had known about this location, it would have saved me a lot of pain and suffering, as I have experienced damage in more than one storage facility in the Jackson Clinton and Pearl areas...That’s why I decided to move my belongings. If you have experienced loss or damage you know exactly what I'm talking about. Some things just can't be replaced. I feel 100% confident that my items are safe here, and so am I, as I check on them or organized them frequently at my leisure. If you are considering moving or acquiring a new storage. Just stop by check out the facility, talk to Mr. Van (he is the BEST), and I guarantee you will be pleased with what you see here at this facility. I know the review was lengthy, but in my experience as a professional consumer. The most detailed reviews always help me to decide on whether to patronize an establishment, or to purchase a product. So I hope that this review helps someone & eases their piece of mind in making a very important decision.

Thank you for putting an onsite manager at this facility. I have several friends that use StorageMax in Gluckstadt and Brandon, but this facility is much closer. The office was so inviting and the new Manager, Van, was so friendly and helpful. Never have had anyone to greet me and he even opened the door.

We rented a unit for my son to use during the summer to store his belongings while not at college. Van, the manager, is wonderful to work with. The storage building is new, clean and so conveniently located. I would recommend this location to everyone!
