Mac's Self Storage - China Spring

The people at Mac's are very down to earth and very professional. Everything is told to you up front. The storage units are very clean. Ì have had storage units in the past but theirs are rodent and pest free. Very convient and easily accessible Extraordinary!

Great storage experience . I called to rent a storage unit and got a discount for the first month followed by auto draft payments monthly . Very reasonable prices. Easy to work with great customer service.

Super simple, amazing customer service, rented over phone, didn't even go look at the unit. We got to the unit with five vehicles full of furniture. I was sent all the codes and they even left a welcome backg in unit with new lock, key, box cuter, and all contact information. Very secure lot, available for entry 24 hours a day. I called no one answered and was called back in less than two in minutes. Very affordable and friendly. Highly recommend

I rented a storage unit online, (1st time ever renting one) and it was super easy. I never actually moved anything in because I realized I needed a Climate Controlled unit. I called to cancel and they told me I would be getting a refund. Didn't expect that! The very next day, I received a text stating they had processed the refund and then immediately got a phone call saying the same. (Not automated) Their customer service is top notch! Very friendly and helpful. The 24 hr access is nice too!

I’m not sure what I was smoking when I wrote that last review.. Q424. I received a message that my storage units are months behind which they were, and that I have today to pay them $1000 or they will take over my units and sell everything.. Literally a day. I basically convinced him that that would not be a very wise idea and get them paid. Throughout 2025 I had nothing but trouble from Macs. His favorite trick was to pay only one unit when I was submitting payments for two units so one unit would always be behind way behind. Finally, in July, I was pretty current and moving my things out. 8/1/25 in one day over the weekend, I received a notice of my next month bill that I was late on my next month bill, overdue on my next month bill and now locked out.. He’s watching me move out on security and just had to squeeze me for one more month’s rent I found Mac’s to be impulsive impetuous extremely unprofessional with no idea how to run a small business. Not even the basic gist of how to take over a storage unit for nonpayment. If he was the last storage unit on earth, I’d recommend burning your stuff..
