I was in constant communication after...
I was in constant communication after starting my journey from Palm Springs California all the way to Chattanooga Tennessee. During my 2000 mile trip however, I spilled some water on my contact information and final address in Chattanooga. I can't recall the woman I spoke with but she texted me the address while 3-4 hours outside of Chattanooga and kept open a few minutes past closing to make sure I had everything I needed to start off loading my moving van. Well beyond what most companies would do. I highly recommend the storage facility where I ended up. It is close to the airport. The Saturday team working that day were exceptional. Started the renting process online which was very easy and when we got to the unit it took less than 15 minutes to finish the paperwork. The unit was very clean. Very pleased with the customer service!!!
