Extra Space Storage - 6277 - Chattanooga - Ashland Terrace

Love this place! I found a deal for 3 months, turned out to be the perfect amount of time for what I needed! They were helpful and understanding, the place is VERY clean and no weird smells like some places. The associate on site was very helpful and friendly at both move in and move out. If I ever need storage again I will absolutely be back!

I visit this Extra Space Storage location often, and Wes is always a standout presence. He consistently greets visitors with professionalism and genuine friendliness. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which clearly reflects his dedication and strong leadership. Wes creates a welcoming, safe environment every time I’m on-site, and it’s easy to see he takes great pride in his work. Excellent manager and an asset to the location!

The location is topographically excellent. No danger of flooding. The climate controlled facilities are new and kept clean. The after 10pm access that is available is a huge plus, and above all the staff at this location is awesome! Wes - the location manager is the best! He and his associates have been super helpful. They practice excellent, straightforward communication and are genuinely interested in finding and offering the right space for their customers’ needs.

This self storage is so clean and convenient. Very easy access. Wes was so great and helpful helping me and my husband get everything we need for our storage unit. He was very positive and sweet. Definitely going to spend the word about this place!
