My girlfriend and I had need of a larger storage space than the one we had in your facility and my last payment was missed due to a stolen card, so we made contact with your Representative Patricia. She spent quite a bit of time with us on the phone making sure the payment was taken care of and transferring our unit. She was very helpful to us and was a pleasure to talk to.
