John was very accommodating, especially when I lost the keys to my lock and when I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. Every time I am there, he is always polite and respectful. He always has a smile on his face, and I always enjoy interacting with him. The storage itself is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
