  terrible expeirence

  On Thursday,10/24 around 7 P.M. ,I went on-line to find a storage facility near my daughters home. I found your location on line and called the number listed (877)973-4963. A man took all my information and told me that there was a unit available and a truck for me to use to bring my items to the storage unit. He told me someone would call me the next morning to finalize my rental. I never received a call and decided to drive over to the facility (around 1:30 pm). I get to the facility and Mike was there but had no idea about my rental and said he did not know who I could have talked to and that he did not have a truck available at all. He finally told that a third party took my information and forgot to send it to him. But later in the conversation he said he had info but it was not completed. Mike went on to say that he did not look at the third party info as it was usually a waste of time. My wife was sitting there with me and noticed that there was a black box popping up on the screen with my name in it. I assume that was my info from the previous night. Mike stated that he was about to go to lunch and gave us a gate code and unit number and stated that we could bring our items over and he would have paperwork ready to finish. I arrived back at the unit and unloaded our belongings and then pulled in to office. I went in to the office and there were 2 other customers there ahead of me. He told me that he had been unable to start my paperwork and that I would have to wait in line. Since there was no truck available I had to use my trailer that was supposed to be at my house being loaded by the crew I had hired. 2 1/2 hrs later Mike finally finished with my paperwork. I had lost time and money due to this miscommunication. I am not at all pleased with the response of Mike nor would I have used your facility if I had not already unloaded my items. I would not recommend your facility at this time.
