Nice facility
Nice facility, would have been nice if inside the building there was a map of where the units were located.

Very unorganized
It was very confusing as I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a remote facility. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no clear indication of what to do if you are having issues and you have to learn everything on your own. The storage is a maze with no indication as to where what is. The customer service is horrible, I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t communicate with them until sparefoot connected me to a person from Storelocal. This is not how a storage unit is handled.
