Extra Space Storage - 6949 - Allentown - Union Blvd

This place is horrible the old cube smart was Good. The worker name Mike gave me an attitude because i was asking questions that did not make sense. I call to get my stuff out he said if you pay $50 i could remove my items in 24 hours. We pay remove our items then I get a call saying i was charged $100 for junk removal i left 1 item because I only had 24 hours I called he said they send it to collections without even contacting me.

Very friendly service. Excellent rates. Climate controlled. My only critique would be not enough bays. Right now there are only 2 working and I feel like someone's always in them no matter what time of day I go which is a little inconvenient. But overall, a great option. I love that they have hours from 6am-10pm

I had an amazing experience at Extra Storage Space. From the second I walked in, the manager, Evan, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and engaging. The office staff is great. They were very kind. A gentleman by the name of Mike was very helpful in making sure we were good. I highly recommend using this facility. Unlike some I have used in the past, this place has real people who are very courtesy and helpful towards their customers.

The staff is very professional and very nice. The units are climate controlled and clean, the building is safe and clean. The best part is there are vehicle bays you can pull into to unload so you're not out in the elements. And its. Cheaper than uhaul down the street which isn't gated. If you need a safe clean storage place go here. You'll be glad you did.
