Carla was just great! Super helpful and patient with me changing the size of my unit 2 times because I needed a little bigger than I originally got online.The storage unit comes clean and with a brand new lock at no extra charge! Happy with the overall experience.
I reserved the unit online and decided to finish acquiring the unit after I seen the facility. The office person was very friendly and helpful. We finished the paperwork in no time and everything was explained in detail. They even provided s lock for the unit. Facility seems very secure and clean.
